You will guide end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier development, and execution of project procurement deliverables to ensure large projects meet cost, quality, schedule, and risk objectives. You will operate as a core member of cross-functional project teams and serve as the primary interface between project management, engineering, manufacturing operations, and supply chain functions. You will report to the Manager, Account Management, Enterprise Supply Chain and be working remotely in the United States. We ask that you be willing to travel up to 25% both domestic and international.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute project-specific procurement strategies aligned to cost, schedule, risk, and technical goalsLead procurement across full project lifecycle; own deliverables and project accountabilityLead efforts to identify, assess, and onboard strategic suppliers (capacity, capability, quality) to support project requirements, supported by supply chain, engineering, and business resourcesManage supplier performance (KPIs, scorecards, corrective actions) and partner with category teams to reduce riskLead RFQs/RFPs for complex components and systemsPerform cost analysis (TCO, should-cost) and negotiate contracts aligned to margin targetsPartner with engineering, project management, quality, and operationsAlign procurement to project schedules and critical pathIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks (capacity, single-source, geopolitical)Drive cost reduction and value engineering; track savings and budget adherenceMonitor KPIs (cost, delivery, supplier readiness) and report to stakeholdersEnsure policy and regulatory complianceQualifications:Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business5+ years procurement and project/program experience on large-scale ($100M+) projectsExperience with strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, cost analysisExperience with global sourcing, new product introduction, and ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle)Capabilities in project management, risk management, and stakeholder communicationPreferred regulatory knowledge (ISO, AS9100)Preferred certifications: PMP, CPSM/CIPS, or Six SigmaWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $90,000 to $112,500.Why Westinghouse?
