Account Management Associate, C&F Stop Loss

Assist with implementation of new and renewal sold cases Work with Account Management to ensure all items needed to implement a case are received timely Ensure policy documents are compliant and provide policy-level support Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales to ensure proper setup and contact management Aid in completing producer RFIs and coordinate with other departments Develop in-depth knowledge of department products and services and articulate the department's value proposition Communicate with external producers to obtain missing RFP elements Create shells in the underwriting system and populate RFP data Participate in training, initiatives, and projects as required Perform other duties as assigned Requirements 2-3 years data entry and data management experience preferred ESL experience a plus College degree preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Aptitude to learn new programs Candidate must be in the greater Phoenix metro area Ability to coordinate with external producers, Account Managers, Sales, and other departments Core Competencies Demonstrates strong data entry and management skills, with a solid understanding of policy compliance and the ability to coordinate effectively with Account Managers and external producers. Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new programs to support departmental initiatives.
