Position Overview:

We're hiring an Underwriting Associate to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow with a company focused on innovation in consumer finance. The position is responsible for reviewing incoming customer applications, verifying that all required documents are complete, and ensuring deals are compliant before finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewnew customer applications for accuracy and completeness
• Verifysupporting documents (ID, income, etc.) areuploaded correctly
• Identifymissing or incorrect information andcommunicate with internal team toresolve
• Ensureall deals meet compliance and documentationstandards before approval
• Maintainaccurate records in our CRM andunderwriting systems
• Collaboratewith customer service and sales supportteams to ensure timely processing

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strongattention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortableworking in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Experiencein banking, loan processing, customerapplications, or related fields is aplus
• Basiccomputer proficiency and familiarity withdocument management systems
• Abilityto work independently and manage time effectively
• Work a schedule within the hours of 8AM-8PM M-F, 9AM-8PM Sat, and 10AM-7PM Sun (two early shifts, three late shifts, and one weekend shift)

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits:

Startearning $14.00-$17.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn monthlyperformance bonuses on top of your base pay.
