Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Data Analyst to help keep sales commission calculations accurate, timely, and compliant. This onsite role in Blue Springs, MO supports commission accruals, reconciliations, reporting, and commission system administration, while partnering across teams to improve automation and performance visibility.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales commission data to ensure accurate, timely commission calculations and payouts.
- Validate commission transactions by reconciling sales, revenue, and commission system data.
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies, payment disputes, and data inconsistencies.
- Prepare recurring commission reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for Sales, Finance, and executive leadership.
- Support monthly and quarterly commission accrual calculations and related accounting entries.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Accounting, Payroll, and HR to keep compensation plans aligned with commission system calculations.
- Assist in the administration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of commission management systems.
- Monitor compliance with policies and internal controls related to commission processing.
- Analyze commission trends, sales performance, and plan effectiveness, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support annual compensation plan updates by evaluating historical performance data and commission outcomes.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve commission calculation accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain documentation for commission processes, calculations, controls, and data definitions.
Requirements
- Experience with sales commission administration, incentive compensation, or sales operations analytics.
- Understanding of commission accounting, accruals, and revenue recognition concepts.
- Experience analyzing sales performance, compensation plans, and incentive programs.
