About the role You turn raw footage and a script into finished vertical ads. Fast pacing, tight cuts, captions and music. The work is high volume and the standard does not drop. What you will do Edit direct response short-form vertical video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube Work from scripts and briefs supplied by the creative team Add captions,b-roll, music, sound design and basic colour grading Produce multiple variations and hook tests from the same footage Deliver on a same or next day turnaround 2+ years editing short-form video, ideally performance ads for ecommerce brands Strong sense of pacing, rhythm and storytelling Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve Able to sustain volume without quality slipping Organised with files and versions Motion graphics and After Effects Experience with UGC and creator footage Understanding of what makes an ad hook work in the first three seconds Working remotely for US-based DTC Salary paid in USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
