THE PAY AND PERKS

* *Annual Earnings:* Up to $85,000/year potential.
* *Sign-On Bonus:* $4,000 to get you started.
* *Consistency:* 9,000 12,500 miles per month.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* *Experience:* Minimum 18 months of verifiable CDL-A experience (53-foot trailers).
* *License:* Valid CDL Class A license.
* *Border Ready:* Passport required only for cross-border routes (Experience with reefers and cross-border work is a major plus).
* *Safety First:* Must pass DOT road test, drug screen, and background check.
* *Tech Savvy:* Comfortable using e-logs (Samsara platform).
