Key Responsibilities: Coordinate safe, high-quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication and documentation. Partner with patients and families, utilizing various communication methods to promote patient goals and education. Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance care quality and safety. Support resource planning, protocol development, and efficient use of materials and personnel. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote professional growth and a healthy work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact). Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and instructor levels preferred. Knowledge of nursing theory, clinical regulations, assessment, and treatment techniques.
