Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic government transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.47 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, roadways, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or access points, verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and reporting security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Support daily operations by providing information and assistance, completing required reports, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
