About The Role As a Beauty Advisor, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards. What You’ll Do Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including opportunities to upsell. Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends. Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques. Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge. Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and department cleanliness and hygiene. Support omni‑processing within the department. Manage inventory from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, inventory counts, and price changes. Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor. All Associates Are Responsible For Act with integrity and honesty, fostering teamwork in an inclusive culture. Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions; seek appropriate partners as needed. Support and execute safety and shortage reduction programs following company guidelines. Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers. Receive, understand, and proactively respond to direction from leaders and company personnel. Other responsibilities as assigned. Required What Skills You Have Authentic passion for beauty. Client‑facing retail or service industry experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner. Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay Range: $17.95 – $23.35 per hour.
