Position Summary

Resound Networks is seeking a driven, high-energy Residential Direct Sales Representative to grow our Residential customer base. The individual will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in their assigned territory.

Benefits:

This is a salaried, uncapped-commission position. Salary starts at $32,000, with an $80,000 compensation plan at quota.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new residential customers through high activity, targeted outreach, and in-person engagement.
• Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to installation of service.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and present a solution for customers’ internet needs.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Consistently maintain a high level of presence and exposure in your assigned territory through networking, volunteering, and partner engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Accurately maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Confident and strong communication skills
• Enjoy speaking with new people and have a positive attitude!
• Relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Must be coachable and a team player
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory 25% -30% of the time.
• Must pass Background and Drug Test
