Patient Triage & Care Coordination Specialist

ADP, Inc. in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Clinical Triage Specialist to serve as frontline clinical support for patients, caregivers, providers, and care team members.

You will receive, document, prioritize, and route patient calls, messages, and care-related requests, working within established protocols to protect nursing capacity and ensure timely responses. You will escalate urgent concerns, maintain accurate documentation, and support patient access and continuity of care.
