Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking for a rewarding career? Join our Happier At Home team as an In-Home Senior Caregiver and help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Provide medication reminders
Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Accompany clients to appointments or run errands
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team

Requirements

Qualifications

Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience required
