What you’ll do Define and drive product vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging market insights and competitive assessments. Build deep customer understanding through design thinking, journey mapping, and data analysis to identify and prioritize complex problems. Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery and scaling. Lead cross‑functional collaboration, influencing teams without direct authority and mentoring product managers to enhance team capabilities. Utilize data and AI‑driven insights to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and optimize product outcomes through experimentation. Guide technology adoption and innovation within the product domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. What you’ll bring Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, and lifecycle ownership for complex products or product families. Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive alignment. Deep customer and market understanding using design thinking, journey mapping, and data‑driven decision making. Experience leveraging advanced analytics and AI to inform product decisions and optimize outcomes. Proficiency in Agile methodology and new product development processes. Ability to mentor and develop product management team members effectively. Technical orientation with knowledge of system architecture and emerging technologies. Salary & Compensation Annual salary range: $99,000.00 – $198,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock options. Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years of experience in product management or related area. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years of experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer‑facing, large‑scale, highly complex B2B/C products. Experience creating inclusive digital experiences, knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and alignment with Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines.
