Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital records. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary. Greet and provide general support to visitors and clients in a professional manner. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and the processing of expense reports. Provide administrative support to our team of consultants to ensure projects run smoothly. Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard of tidiness and professionalism. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
