We’re looking for a Medical Biller to join one of our top healthcare partners in Redwood City, CA . Who We’re Seeking: A reliable and detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of insurance and billing processes, along with excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Prepare and submit both electronic and paper insurance claims to multiple payers, including government, managed care, and commercial entities Conduct follow-up actions on outstanding or unpaid accounts File and manage claim appeals with insurance payers Analyze and resolve payer denials Process and issue refunds related to accounts payable Record and transfer payments from professional billing to hospital billing systems Audit accounts to identify and address potential underpayments Qualifications: At least two years of relevant professional experience Familiarity with and practical understanding of the appeals and denials process Experience using EPIC software is highly desirable Excellent written and verbal communication abilities For immediate consideration, please apply!
