Job Type : Full-Time - Salary with sign-on bonus or relocation assistance

Location : Sherman, TX (in-clinic, with 10% hybrid work option)

Salary : Competitive base salary based on experience - starting at $80,000 + weekly bonus (specific range available upon request)

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA, you’ll deliver personalized ABA therapy in alignment with Radiant’s naturalistic and family-focused approach, creating a positive environment for growth. Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), goals, and progress reports.
  • Designing and implementing individualized ABA programs to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living activities.
  • Managing a full client caseload and providing direct therapy to children ages 2–12.
  • Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA trainees, ensuring treatment fidelity and adherence to BACB standards.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to analyze data, refine treatment plans, and align with Radiant’s values of excellence and respect.
  • Meeting weekly with parents and caregivers to provide training, discuss progress, and align on treatment goals.
  • Maintaining accurate billing logs, paperwork, and credentialing (e.g., CAQH, NPI).

What You Bring

  • Required :
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Valid Texas state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Preferred :
  • Experience delivering ABA therapy in clinic, school, or home settings.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to foster team and family alignment.
  • Skills : Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a fun, engaging environment for clients while upholding integrity and growth.
