All Heart Home Care is seeking a collaborative and dynamic Clinical Director. We are interviewing Nurses who are dedicated to providing high quality and compassionate care to our patients.The Clinical Director position:As the Clinical Director, you will oversee the daily operations. This office services fourteen counties in middle Tennessee. Responsibilities include budget oversight, management of clinical and clerical staff, monitoring patient admissions and visits, maintaining compliance with insurance authorizations, documentation, and monthly billing.QUALIFICATIONS for Clinical Director: Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee nursing license or other Compact state nursing licenseCurrent and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insuranceWorking knowledge of the framework, organization, and function of the home health/private duty care industryThorough knowledge of Medicare and Private Insurance guidelinesThorough knowledge of the principles and methods involved in planning and directing personnelThree or more years Home Health experienceThree or more years Management experienceMust be able to pass background and drug screeningBENEFITS:Weekly PayrollPaid Time Off Direct DepositComprehensive Benefits Package that may include medical, dental, vision, life, 401K All Heart Home Care in a Nutshell:At the core, we are a family of caregivers devoted to improving the quality of life for our patients and clients.
