About the Role:
The Polian Agency is looking for a driven and motivated Account Executive - Life Insurance Producer to join our growing team in Waco, TX. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
• Present and explain life insurance policy options, coverage details, and benefits to prospective clients
• Manage and grow a book of business through ongoing client relationship management
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales production goals
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity using CRM tools
• Stay current on life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Active Texas Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain one)
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
