Job Summary APR Islands Management is seeking for an energetic and dedicated Team Member to work in a fast-paced environment of a casual dining concept, directly linking the kitchen to the guests. In this role, you will be responsible for portioning, presenting and delivering food items to guests in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining cleanliness and Qdoba service standards. upport oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize restaurant performance, and support a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Portion and present food according to Qdoba portion control guidelines and presentation standards Manage the serving line by replenishing food items, coordinating with cook and management staff to keep the line stocked with fresh dishes Take and process orders from customers , including special dietary requests, and operate POS systems for payment Interact with guests to answer menu questions, recommend items, and ensure a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, counters, utensils, and equipment, following health and safety regulations Monitor food temperatures to ensure hot and cold items are served at safe temperatures within Qdoba and BOH requirements. Assist with basic food prep such based on the station working at. Communicate effectively with cook, team members and management to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours InterviewPrep.
