Senior Product Designer

Cello is the Revenue Growth Infrastructure helping software businesses acquire, retain, and monetize customers at scale. As Senior Product Designer, you'll partner with our founding designer, product, and engineering teams to shape the core Cello experience—from problem definition through shipped solution. You'll own work end-to-end across product design, design systems, and brand surfaces, working on infrastructure that lives inside other people's products and must feel native, trustworthy, and bulletproof.

What You'll Do

• Partner with founding designer, product, and engineering teams to take roadmap projects from rough problem to shipped solution.
• Identify and execute improvements across existing product areas, from full rethinks to quality-of-life fixes.
• Design low- and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate ideas and validate approaches.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system across product, marketing, and brand design surfaces.
• Sweat the details that make embedded UI feel trustworthy and native within third-party products.
• Help shape a growing design culture and contribute to design thinking across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software design experience, ideally with SaaS products and a range of product types.
• Breadth of craft across visual design, product thinking, brand, and interaction design.
• Systems thinking: ability to design components and patterns within broader systems while knowing when to innovate beyond convention.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, with regular experimentation in new design tooling.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable in async work environments.
• Comfort operating with ownership, ambiguity, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup.
• Courage to challenge ideas and push product direction forward.
• Bonus: in-house and agency experience, exposure to embedded or developer-facing products, or experience with data-heavy or AI-assisted experiences.
