Complimentary access to wellness classes & programming Complimentary shift meal Affordable health insurance starting the 1st of the month following hire date Generous Team Member & Friends & Family Resort rates and discounts 401K Retirement plan with Employer Matching Key Responsibilities Install new heating, ventilation, AC, and refrigerant systems Perform routine maintenance on HVAC & refrigeration systems Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems Repair or replace defective parts Track materials used per project Complete service reports and warranty paperwork Support other Facilities teams as needed Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair (commercial or resort/hospitality setting preferred) EPA Universal Certification required HVAC/R certification required Working knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and controls/BAS a plus Valid driver's license Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours) Ability to work outdoors and in mechanical/rooftop spaces in extreme heat (Arizona climate, seasonal temperatures well above 100°F) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and at heights Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching Ability to work with hand and power tools safely Flexibility to respond to on-call/emergency maintenance needs as required #J-18808-Ljbffr CIVANA Wellness Resort & SpaVacancy posted 3 days ago
