Daily Life of a Crane Operator Operate cranes safely and efficiently on an active construction site. Maintain proper care of equipment and perform routine maintenance. Work as an integral team member in construction site operations focused on environmental infrastructure. Standard 40-hour work week with opportunities for overtime. Must-Haves for Crane Operators Reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license. Crane certifications (NCCCO or equivalent). Ability to operate cranes safely and efficiently in active construction zones.
