Key Responsibilities

• File Preparation & Prepress: Convert and check digital artwork, adjust color profiles (such as RGB to CMYK conversion), and ensure resolution is high enough to prevent pixelation on large scales.
• Machine Setup & Operation: Load, unload, and handle diverse print media—including vinyl, fabric, mesh, paper, and rigid substrates—into roll-to-roll, flatbed, or UV printers according to production schedules.
• Quality Control & Monitoring: Check output during runs to verify color accuracy, image registration, and resolution, making adjustments as needed to meet job specifications.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance on printing machinery, while resolving basic mechanical or software issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaboration & Record-Keeping: Coordinate with graphic designers, production managers, finishing teams, and clients, while tracking material usage and job logs.
• Lifting: Ability to lift and carry 50+lbs
