Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist - Inpatient

Schedule:
Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Days: Monday - Friday

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of acute hospital experience
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state required at time of submission
- BLS certification required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to physical therapy practice.
