Job Title Physical Therapist Location Quincy, Washington Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Primarily Outpatient with some Inpatient Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient therapy setting as the primary focus of care
- Provide physical therapy services to inpatient populations as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Experience with inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings
