Your work directly supports production lines and downstream assembly or testing teams in an onsite manufacturing environment. This role runs a 4/10 first shift schedule (Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm) at the site in Simi Valley, CA.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components per written instructions and proceduresReview shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm correct operation sequencePosition very small parts using microscopes, tweezers, or fixtures and solder or bond components as requiredAdjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts; apply epoxies and use ovens or direct heating as neededConduct in-process testing and follow safety policies and proceduresMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; adapt to variable schedules, nights, weekends, or additional hours as requiredHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in assembly or related workEffective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to identify issues and take corrective action using existing proceduresWillingness and ability to learn new tasks and processes quicklyHigh school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related fieldGood mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and ability to work with very small partsAbility to operate hand tools and light machinery; basic math skills; ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructionsHere's What Else Might Help You OutDemonstrated adaptability and openness to learning new techniques or tasksPay Range$11.94 - $14.93/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
