What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings strong managerial skills and a proactive mindset to the table. While experience in coffee is preferred, it’s not a dealbreaker—we’re happy to train the right person! Here’s what we’d love to see:

• At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
