Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

Handling all aspects of workers' compensation claims, the full-time remote Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage claim investigations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and deliver exceptional customer service to partners and clients. Key responsibilities Independently manage the entire claims process from setup to closure, including conducting investigations and making compensability decisions Serve as a primary point of contact for partner agents and customers, providing claim guidance and maintaining communication regarding claim status Continuously improve claims operations by identifying gaps in service and advocating for optimal claims experiences Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree or some college coursework preferred Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims experience Experience with claims in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee Knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements related to claims Familiarity with G-Suite Tools and collaboration platforms like Slack is preferred
