In this role, you'll support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

What we're looking for:

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing

Strong employee relations and recruiting experience

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Bilingual in English and Spanish

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR a plus
