About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, overseeing all financial aspects of the business, and ensuring long-term sustainability. This includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. The successful candidate will also be involved in evaluating capital investments, and technology initiatives, and will play a key role in driving profitable growth and strategic decision-making. The role demands a leader with a continuous improvement mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and lead the responsible adoption of emerging technologies. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 10 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years' in a senior finance role within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance, and experience in leading cross-functional teams. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required, and experience with ERP systems and AI-enabled technologies is preferred. A CPA and/or MBA, as well as experience in privately held or family-owned manufacturing companies, are also desirable. The CFO will be expected to lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
