RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Installer Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems safely and efficiently Maintain high standards for workmanship and job quality Lead installation jobs professionally Communicate clearly with customers and team members Troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise Maintain clean and organized job sites Helper / Second Responsibilities Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations Carry materials and prepare work areas Learn installation procedures and industry best practices Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support the crew throughout the installation process All team members are expected to follow company safety standards, maintain professionalism, and contribute positively to the team environment.
