We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations and early intervention, with a strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings • Provide direct therapy services through individual and group sessions • Utilize evidence based practices to support positive patient outcomes • Educate patients and families on speech and language development and communication disorders • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards • Stay current on emerging research and best practices in speech language pathology Qualifications • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred • Experience with pediatric populations and early intervention preferred • Familiarity with school based services is a plus • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to speech therapy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively within a team oriented environment • Compassionate and patient centered approach to care
