Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a skilled Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in both gastrointestinal (GI) and pulmonary endoscopy procedures.
Unit Information
- Location: Webster, TX
- Number of Beds: 4 rooms
- Number of Staff: 10
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 for procedures, 1:2 in PACU
- Type of Equipment: Various endoscopy equipment
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech
Responsibilities
- Assist in endoscopic procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, bronchoscopy, ION robot bronchoscopy, and EGD with ultrasound.
- Provide high-quality care and support to patients through all phases of procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment for both staff and patients.
- Monitor patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
Qualifications
- Required Experience: Endoscopy experience (GI and Pulmonology) or solid PACU experience.
- Preferred Experience: PACU experience.
- Required Certifications: BCLS, ACLS.
- Personality Fit: Outgoing and team-oriented.

- Scrub Color: Royal Blue
Additional Information
- Weekend and on-call availability required: 1-2 days a week and 1 weekend per month.
