NOW HIRING: DENTAL PATIENT COORDINATOR

PGA Dentistry is a premier and well-established practice specializing in General, Cosmetic, Reconstructive, and Implant Dentistry, and we’re looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to join our team! MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF DENTAL EXPERIENCE TO APPLY.

Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and check in/out every patient
• Manage and optimize dental hygiene schedules
• Review treatment plans and help patients understand their care
• Handle financial arrangements and collections
• Insurance verification
• Answer phones and support front office communication
• Verify and reconcile dental insurance
• Manage incoming leads to support practice growth
• Assist with social media engagement

Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
