Position Overview

On behalf of a top-tier law firm located in downtown Boise, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal . In this role, you will work directly with attorneys on active divorce and custody matters, providing essential drafting, discovery, and case management support throughout all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Drafting: Prepare and draft petitions, motions, disclosures, decrees, proposed orders, and discovery requests and responses.
  
  
• Case & Document Management: Organize client case files and financial records, assemble comprehensive hearing binders, and track critical legal deadlines.
  
  
• Court Filing: E-file legal documents directly with Idaho state courts.
  
  
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, keeping clients informed and updated on case developments.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on family law or civil litigation.
  
  
• Core Skills: Proven legal drafting capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
  
  
• Preferences:
  
  
  • Paralegal Certificate.
    
    
  • Experience with Idaho court e-filing systems.
    
    
  • Strong familiarity with Idaho Family Law Procedure.
