Growth Product Leader

Leading a team of product managers and analysts, the full-time remote Growth Product Leader will own the customer conversion funnel, focusing on activation, onboarding, trial-to-paid transitions, and referral growth while collaborating closely with multiple departments to drive product-led growth initiatives. Key responsibilities Own the paywall and plan presentation surfaces, ensuring effective pricing and packaging strategies Decide on product experiences that convert trial and free users to paid subscribers, setting targets and running experiments to enhance conversion rates Manage the Growth roadmap and experimentation process, overseeing A/B tests and ensuring alignment with analytics for performance measurement Required qualifications 8+ years of product experience, with at least 3 years in a growth leadership role for consumer subscription or mobile products Proven track record of improving funnel metrics through experimentation, including onboarding and conversion Strong understanding of subscription metrics such as LTV, CAC, and cohort retention Experience in managing and developing product managers while collaborating across various functional teams Direct communication skills with a focus on shipping, measuring, and iterating on product features
