Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Requirements & Responsibilities Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example: 11am–8pm (CST). 2–3 years of sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
