Project ManagerA well-established and growing civil construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee site development and sitework projects throughout Connecticut. Local to Branford, CTJob DescriptionProject ManagerManage multiple civil/sitework construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners throughout the project lifecycle.Review project plans, specifications, schedules, and logistics requirements.Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, requisitions, purchase orders, and subcontract administration.Coordinate effectively with construction management teams, consultants, and field personnel.Support project scheduling, look-ahead planning, manpower allocation, and equipment coordination.Monitor project performance to ensure budget, schedule, and quality goals are achieved.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
