Service Delivery Automation Engineer

Position Overview

The Adversarial Operations team is seeking a highly technical and proactive engineer to help shape and scale a cutting-edge security program. This role sits at the intersection of offensive security, enterprise automation, and engineering excellence-ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems through innovation and automation.

As a member of the team, you will lead efforts to automate the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle, streamline stakeholder engagement, and implement robust metrics frameworks. Your contributions will directly enhance the efficiency, agility, and impact of the Adversarial Operations function. As core automation capabilities mature, you will have the opportunity to pivot into hands-on adversarial testing-including penetration testing and red teaming engagements.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in secure systems development coupled with experience or interest in offensive security. You bring a process-oriented mindset, the ability to identify operational gaps, and the technical acumen to implement scalable solutions through automation and continuous iteration. Project Scope:

• Looking for an automation engineer to automate service delivery work flow functions.
• Automate a lot of jobs: connecting diff tools into process, intake notifications, updates to vulnerabilities being observed, and flipping into remediation support process. Trying to streamline those different automation pieces.

Why is req open?

• Deep need of building automation processes and workflows and don't have flex to build that and looking for dedicated person to do that

Team Size & Breakdown:

• Pen testing services, combo of test testers and service delivery personal

High-Level Individual Duties:

• Grow and automate end to end processes in Penetration testing
• Automating test execution, reporting and developing new tools
• Building custom tooling to pull reporting and pull metrics, job requests to complete certain functions, etc.
• Build automation from scratch

Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):

• Automation experience, building automation pipelines
• Strong programming and scripting skills with Python or Golang (GO)
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience with automation test execution, reporting and developing new tools
