The Farmers Insurance Chris Bailey Agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual who is interested in a great sales opportunity. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services. Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery?Top earners could earn $78,000-$88,000 year one and after that it is uncapped earning.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Follow up with provided leads and generate new business
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
- Close sales and meet individual sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and consistent follow-up
Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is driven, coachable, competitive, and enjoys working with people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer-facing roles is a plus
Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There
An Illinois Property Casualty (PC) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life Health license within 60 days.
