Need some .NET exp


Basically- looking for an AI engineer; this role needs to have a strong AI knowledge. Not only knowing how ai works but also knowing WHY it works


For their project- they have an SA Agent project, leveraging azure open ai services and other Gen AI models. Current base is built on that, that's why they are requiring that exp


Azure, Gen AI, .net


Python or java coding as well (light)


An AI engineer is different than traditional fs developer- looking for someone who may have a background really knowing data and models, and with coding experience .


Priority is knowing how data works with llm models, and knowing what llm to use to resolve enterprise challenges


Additionally, then they need coding exp- fundamental knowledge of how ai works, what are the forms of ai, how to use those gen ai tools


Azure knowledge is a must because stack is deployed and done in azure


Api, webapp


Certified azure developer/certified azure solutions architect a huge huge plus


Power platform would be a bonus too


Last project worked should be very specific to AI developer- don't want someone who was a traditional developer who maybe touched ai, need to have someone with their last project being in native AI


Need to know what AI can do- solve business challenges. Lot of vibe coding tools right now where code can be generated- not looking for a hardcore coder, but need to know principles and how to do it


3-5 years of experience total would work


Gen ai, mcp servers


4 days a week while ramping up, after that can accommodate fully remote who can come in occasionally for meetings, MAYBE open to remote fully


IV process- if we give resumes this week can interview for mon on teams. Panel IV for first technical interview, second round less so, more situational and personality fit
