What youll doOwn the Hair Care & Styling business, including P&L accountability, annual objectives, and key performance indicators Develop and execute short and long-term business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability Identify opportunities to accelerate sales, gain market share and improve overall business performance Lead annual planning processes, business reviews, and portfolio recommendations Serve as the marketing and commercial lead for the upcoming Schwarzkopf Hair Care business Drive go-to-market planning and commercialization strategy for future launches Develop channel-specific strategies with a strong emphasis on Specialty Retail partners, incl. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
