Amazing Acupuncture in Sedona is seeking a sharp Front Desk Coordinator to manage our lobby and support back-office growth. You will welcome patients, handle check-ins, and answer phone inquiries while keeping a calm, welcoming environment. You’ll process payments, track billing workflows, manage spreadsheets, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
