John Morrow & Associates is a Pennsylvania-based recruiting firm dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with outstanding career opportunities. As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Executive Recruiter to identify top talent, build meaningful relationships, and deliver results for our clients.
\n \nThe ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n \n> Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the search process from the initial client engagement and role requirements through candidate identification, evaluation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
\n \n> Client Partnership: Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, position requirements, company culture, and ideal candidate profiles.
\n \n> Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through our internal database, professional networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
\n \n> Market Research & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, talent availability, competitive activity, and market conditions to identify qualified candidates, anticipate client needs, and support effective recruiting strategies.
\n \n> Business Development & Networking: Build and strengthen client relationships through professional networking events, industry outings, sponsorships, and other business development initiatives to expand the firm’s network, generate new business opportunities, and support continued growth.
