Job Description

Job Title: Pad Print Team Lead
Schedule: 1st Shift | 3:30 AM - 12:00 PM + Overtime as needed (some Saturdays)

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Pad Print Team Lead to set up, operate, and oversee pad printing processes while ensuring quality and production goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines, including mixing inks
• Operate pad printing equipment and automated workstations
• Inspect parts for quality and make necessary adjustments
• Follow production schedules and complete required paperwork
• Maintain print quality, alignment, and production speed
• Pack finished products and support daily operations

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English work instructions
• Experience with pad printing or similar manufacturing processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to handle and move materials throughout shift
