NOW HIRING - SHIPPING & RECEIVING

Empire Workforce Solutions - Garden Grove Office

We are currently seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving professional to join our team! Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 PM $20-$23 hourly

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, pull, stage, and coordinate customer shipments.

• Receive and verify incoming shipments, including quantities and damages.

• Perform quality control inspections on received products.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Coordinate warehouse and assembly workflow.

• Operate forklifts to load and unload boxes and pallets.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

• Read and interpret shipping/receiving documents, safety rules, and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of warehouse experience preferred.

• Forklift operation experience required.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.

• Ability to read and interpret warehouse documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, and lift throughout the workday.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently .

• Ability to use pallet jacks and occasionally climb ladders.

• Must be able to safely operate a forklift.
