- Customer Service - Greet customers, answer inquiries, provide tours, and assist with rentals.
- Property Oversight - Maintain cleanliness of units and grounds, perform lock checks, and ensure facility security.
- Sales & Leasing - Process rentals, payments, and lease agreements; promote facility features and services.
- Administrative Tasks - Manage records, update software systems, and handle daily reporting.
- Multi-Site Support - Travel between three assigned locations as needed to support operations.
- Customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic computer proficiency (rental software experience a plus)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform light maintenance tasks
- Willingness to work weekends and rotate between multiple sites
