TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Psych RN in Towson, Maryland, 21204!

Job Title: Float Pool Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience, with at least 6 months to 1 year in a Psych/Behavioral health setting. License: Must have a permanent RN license in hand. Certifications: BCLS required. Must-Have: Solid clinical judgement, assessment, delegation, and leadership qualities. Description: Float pool nurses should have a minimum of 2 years of Nursing experience. They must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Psych/Behavioral health setting. Float nurses will be responsible for working on various inpatient units. These units include children, adolescents, and adult age groups. Candidates are expected to demonstrate solid clinical judgement and assessment skills. Delegation and leadership qualities are also necessary. Nurses may be required to work as the charge nurse during some shifts without additional pay. All travelers are expected to float to any age population when scheduling requires. Drug screening is mandatory and candidates must pass on the first attempt. Candidates will not be accepted if they test positive for marijuana. RTO requests must be submitted with the initial profile. Additional compliance requirements include fingerprinting done through livescan. All candidates must have the required documentation completed prior to their start date.
