Key Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate order-related issues affecting fulfillment, payment processing, or customer experience
• Oversee operational processes related to orders, returns, refunds, and payment exceptions to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Support investigations into payment disputes, delivery claims, and account discrepancies in partnership with Logistics and Customer Service teams
• Ensure operational issues are promptly identified, addressed, and appropriately escalated to maintain business continuity
• Serve as a primary operational point of contact for Customer Service escalations and customer-related inquiries
• Support timely resolution of customer-impacting issues and ensure clear communication during service disruptions or internal operational issues
• Assist with customer recovery efforts through appropriate resolution tools, messaging, and remediation strategies
• Partner with IT teams to resolve technical or integration issues affecting order management and ERP platforms
• Document and maintain operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency
• Identify recurring operational issues and trends and recommend process improvements to reduce friction and risk
• Track and report key operational activities, issues, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making
• Analyze case drivers and operational trends to provide insights that support process optimization
• Collaborate effectively across functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
