Our Distribution location in Renton is looking to hire a Warehouse Lead! This is a full time salaried position with pay starting at $60,000 to $75,000 annually DOE.

Our Distribution location in Renton is looking to hire a Warehouse Lead! This is a full time salaried position with pay starting at $60,000 to $75,000 annually DOE.

Essential Functions:

• Verifies weekly that there is packaging and ingredients of adequate inventory levels located in at the plant to ensure that daily scheduled production run of each item
• Monitors the labor needs of each respective operation while making sure to hit production goals in each department.
• Ensures that coordination of production and warehouse activities result in efficient, safe and secure operation of the facility.
• Ensures that product quality meets the written product specifications. Alerts plant of management, when product quality deviations are identified.
• Checks finished product from production to ensure that labeling information, case counts and date and makes sure codes are correct if needed
• Monitors recovery range from all production paperwork
• Informs all appropriate personnel on status of items being produced.
• Makes sure that employees under their supervision follow all safety rules and policies.
• Make sure that employees under their supervision adhere to HACCP and GMP's.
• Follows all company safety policies, procedures and GMP's.

Qualifications:

• This position requires a well-organized, highly motivated, resourceful self-starter
• Excellent knowledge of seafood production processing and procedures, inventory control procedures, quality assurance standards, and safety.
• Must possess and exercise excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good decision-making skills are essential.
• Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, trouble shoot, adapt well to change and remain flexible to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
